We provide high-quality yoga mats and props for all students. However, you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. We also have mats available for purchase.

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for movement. Avoid loose clothing that might get in the way. Most students wear leggings/shorts and a fitted top. Yoga is practiced barefoot.

Absolutely! We welcome students of all levels. Our Beginner Hatha Flow classes are perfect for newcomers. We also offer private sessions for personalized guidance if you prefer one-on-one instruction initially.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before class time through our booking system, by calling us, or via WhatsApp. Late cancellations may result in class credit loss for unlimited pass holders.
